Went to party on weekend. Now I have random itchiness on different parts of body with no rash visible. At random times urge to scratch. What could it be?

Tab. Iwermectol(12mg): once before breakfast single dose only. Tab. Montair LC: once after dinner for 3 weeks Tonight have a hot scrub bath. After bath apply PERMITE CREAM full tube is one dose, apply from neck to toe all body parts except face.Overnight application. Wash next morning with LS DEW soap. DO NOT REPEAT PERMITE CREAM APPLICATION
