Itch skin on the groin area
I have itchy red  skin on the groin area , is it ok to apply gentamicin cream on affected area please advice . Picture also uploaded.

It's Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation

It is starting of fungal infection. Try using cream with clotrimazole base.however its better to consult online and decide upon treatment.
