It's regarding my son
It's regarding my son he is 12 years old I took him to the urgent care today and he was tested positive for strep throat but his heart rate was 156 should I be worried ?

During any acute inflammation it is normal to have increased heart rate. Especially in children heart rate is more than adults and it is not a cause for worry. Once infection is treated he should be alright
