It's regarding my son (14). My son was having some uncomfortable feeling on his private area. When I asked him he said there's some sort of discomfort for him on that area. He's also getting frequent erection and ejaculation. Also having an issue with more growth compared to his age

Puberty is a taxing period for the individual.He is in a confused state emotionally,physically and socially.Please consult a adolescence counsellor in your area. Also there are many help groups avaliable who will be able to understand both sides.
