IT band syndrome
I have IT band syndrome from last 3 years .. Just diagnosed properly. Very tight left knee . Foot runs out while walking.. Cant sleep straight coz foot fell outside. When get up in morning i feel good but as the day passes my knee starts hurting

Hello, I went through your query, Iliotibial band syndrome occurs when the connective tissue (ligament) extending from the pelvic bone to the shinbone becomes so tight that it rubs against the thighbone. Distance runners are especially susceptible to it. The main symptom is pain between the hip and knees that worsens with activity.
