Issues with Ear pain and hearing

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have been suffering from Issues with Ear pain and hearing as I work in voice profile where I have to attend to calls and wear the head set for 9 hours in a day for 5 days in a week. It causes a lot of pain in my ear and gives rise to migraine that stays for 2 - 3 days. Please suggest.
