Issues related to mental health
1. I met a girl online seven months back and we got into relation, a week ago she broke up with me due to her family issues but we are still friends. The problem is that i don't want to loose her friendship and i am trying hard but i feel upset each time i recall that she can't stay with me in a relationship. 2. I went to college for the first day and i came across a reflection of myself and i looked really ugly and dull which shattered my confidence, then i went in and tried to find my class but didn't gathered the confidence to ask someone for help. Then i stepped out and in my mind i thought that everybody is looking at me and laughing. These incidents made my self esteem so low that i haven't went to college after that day and i still don't know where my class is. I have always been like this i use to think of doing something like greeting someone or talk to a person but something restricts me and keeps me from doing what i really want. It would be great if someone could help me.

Great you talked about it...Now listen that when you try to hold the sand it will slip out of hand...I mean you have to move on..if that is the destiny...focus on your hobbies that you missed .. exercise and regular meals and sleep well will help for sure..be in touch with close people... Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case..drop down the indulgence in social media..ok..it will help for sure
