Mental Health Worsening
It has been a while that I feel that my mental health is worsening , I remian stressed throughout the day . Also it is affecting my daily activities and work now . I most of the time now think about my mental Health and about other issues related to it which is further affecting me .

Hi You will have to recognise the source do your stressors and see whether you can solve it at present or not. If you can't just let it ho knowing itself that few things are not in your control will itself reduce the stress Organise and plan the days activities - Time management will help in reducing the stress Maintain a regular routine and follow it Ignore the negative thoughts

Inspite of doing all this if it's not helping better to consult a psychiatrist and get treated

Hi sir Good evening I can understand ur concern regarding your situation Most of the psychiatric problems are stress related. If your stress coping mechanisms can't handle ur stress...you enter into stress related disorders like depression or anxiety spectrum disorders. So, I advise u to consultant a psychiatrist immediately  for a detailed evaluation and promt  treatment. U can even take suggestions related to  handling of stress & various non pharmacological relaxation techniques like yoga , mindfulness, soon.
