Issue with digestion and  gas creation
First of all issue with constipation then after gas is created inside the stomach and if all going good then issue with digestion and feeling some irritation and pain  in stomach

Take Oflox OZ twice daily for five days with Pantop D once daily for ten days. Drotin DS twice daily for five days .
