Issue related to periods delay.
Due to protection failure, i took contraceptive pill on 27th march (on the same day) after consulting a doctor on practo. On 4th of April i had started spotting which lasted till 7th of April. Last month i had my periods on 20th of March. Today is 27th April, i am a week late with my periods. What should i do? Does that mean i might be pregnant, because the doctor recommended me during the protection failure that since i just had my periods so my fertile window wouldn't have been active and so there was very rare chances of pregnancy.

You have already had withdrawl bleeding due to emergency contraception  from 4 to 7 April. So you may get your next period around 4-5 May. However you should get Urine pregnancy test done today.
