Issue in right shoulder while playing
Dear Sir, I am a 26year old boy working in pvt ltd company, from past 3 year I am facing the issue while playing cricket/badminton or any sport where shoulder is involved, it really hurts when I throw ball or when I service the shuttle. Few people suggested me to stay away from these kind of sports. Please assist me in this case.

Your symptoms suggest intrarticular soft issue pathology like a SLAP or rotator cuff tear. Try: 1. Regular shoulder exercises ( pendulum and ROM). 2. Hot water compression will help. 3.Medications like Tendocare and Enzomac forte will help.
Next Steps
Visit Orthopaedic Surgeon for clinical evaluation and X-Rays/ MRI.
Health Tips
Do not worry.  You do no need to leave sports.

You need to meet a sports medicine orthopaedician who can help you in assessing your shoulder function to see which muscles are weak and strengthen them and then your back to all your sports.. You can always get back to sports..
