Issue f baby underweight
My baby is 5 months old and weighs 5.6kg. His birth weight was 2.4kg. He is both breastfed plus formula. He passes stool once a day and we need about 8-9 diaper change. Our paediatrician says the weight gain is not up to the mark and advised introduction of cerelac. Since he isn't 6 months yet, we are a bit skeptical and looking for a second opinion. Please adv.

Weight gain appears to be good. You can as well wean now no problem.
