Issue during sexual intercourse

I am male 32 years old from Bangalore. For the past 1 month I have been facing this issue. During sex I am not able to get an erection until I use my hand to get it hard, similarly during orgasm also until I use my hand am not able to cum. I am not able to have it naturally.
