Issue after urethroplasty. Severely.

I am a unmarried male. I had a urethral stricture (0.8 cm) and I went through end to end urethroplasty. Then I was on Foley's catheter for 21 days. The flow was great after that. But it started reducing after 2 weeks and one day it completely stopped. I had to go through OIU after that and I was on catheter again for 12 days. I was instructed to do self catherization which I am doing regularly. The flow is good. But somedays, just after defecation ,it gets blocked completely and I have to use the catheter to empty my bladder. Once I do it, the flow becomes normal again. I have talked to my surgeon and other doctors. They are clueless. They just suggest to keep using catheter whenever it is blocked. But that is very difficult. I am a working man and sometimes this happens when I am in office. I come back home and do it in that case. Please help. I cannot keep doing this. It is affecting my life severely.
