Isotretinoin can be taken with OCP but before starting please consult a dermatologist as certain tests are important to be done before starting. A dermatologist would check the grade of acne and prescribe accordingly

Hello..after going through your history it's clear that you are acne is due to hormonal cause. Isotretinoin oral dose depends upon the grade/ severity of acne and prescribed according to the weight of the patient. And few investigations have to be done before prescribing isotretinoin. NEVER start isotretinoin without proper medical advice. Need to take complete history and see clinical pictures before going ahead with treatment.kindly consult and get treated.
Health Tips
don't pick acne and don't try DIY remedies..and don't start isotretinoin without medical advice
