Why do you want to fire a gun from somebody else's shoulder? There are reasons why this is not permitted. One reason is that the person who wants to get an MTP done, may tell lies. She may be 4 months pregnant and she may say that she is overdue by 10 days. Getting a fictitious ultrasound report is no problem. So please follow the rules as framed by Government. Doctor may get some punishment but you may lose your wife or girlfriend.
