2 months old baby, previously she used to poop in turmeric colour, now colour changed to yellow and she is pooping more times.vomiting also

if baby is on breast feed and gaining weight no fever and no blood in stool then this is normal. Babies of this age can pass stool after every feed, with time frequency will decrease.

Regarding vomiting this is actually called regurgitation that is also normal if baby is gaining weight. do burping after every feed. if not relieving with this can keep baby in slightly upright position.

Is the baby on breast feed or formula feed?
Next Steps
If the baby on breast feeding, then nothing to worry . This is normal. Burp the baby after every feed for 15-20 min
If on formula feeds, get a stool routine test to rule out infection.
