Is this piles curable?
Which grade of piles is this? Do I need a surgery or will it retract by itself? Right I am having Himalaya pilex 2 tabs twice a day and also applying the ointment. Is this enough? How long will it take to be cured? Attaching the inflammation image for reference. Thank you.
