Is this IUGR
Hello all. My growth scan was done on 29 weeks pregnant. I am 30 years old with my 1st pregnancy. After the growth scan the doc said that the baby is small and started me on ARG 9 sachets and more protein supplements. Also told me to take care of the nutrition. The doctor said that the baby needs to catch up but didn't show much concern. Once home I read up and got to know about IUGR and now I'm really worried. The following are the measurements. I am also attaching reports. Pls pls respond with something more than "connect". I'll certainly seek a 2nd opinion if I get some explanation. AC is at 5th centile Baby weight is 1247 gms AFI is 11.0 BPD 7.29 cm OFD 9.70 HC 27.27 AC 23.28 FL 5.60 Age shows as 28w 2 days

Doesnt look like IUGR, looks like a small for gestational age fetus. Check strictly for baby movements daily. Every 2 weekly follow up with high protein diet is required.fluid is also normal.

Baby is at 5th centile with normal Doppler, so this isn’t IUGR, it’s just small for gestational age baby. Will need 2 weekly follow up scans. You can discuss further if required.
