So the upper redness with 2 small lumbs have been on my eyelid for 2 years, the lower eyelid I have 2 firm lumbs that has been here for 5 months, is this eyelid cancer? Or is it something else? Please help, I'm worried sick.

These look mostly like multiple chronic chalazia which are inflammatory lesions of the eyelid. They may get infected and grow in size on and off associated with pain and redness. Some eyelid cancers can have a similar appearance. It is best to consult an oculoplastic surgeon (ophthalmologist that specializes in eyelid surgery and ocular oncology) and get a checkup.
