Is this ED?
If I try to masturbate 4-5 days after I last masturbated then I am able to get and maintain an erection easily but if I try to masturbate on the day after I last masturbated then it is difficult for me to get and maintain a proper erection. This has been happening from over a year now. Am I suffering from ED? This used to not happen before. I used to get an erection easily. I'm am really worried and this is causing me severe anxiety to the point that I can't stop thinking about it. I'm ashamed to go see a doctor regarding this issue. What steps should I take now? Please advise.

When ever one has erection and he uses it for sex or masturbation, the next erection usually comes after a gap. This is called refractory period. Its very short in early teens and as age advances it increases but At your age of 22 it shouldnt be impossible to get another erection. But erection is matter of body response to desire. If you are masturbating without desire, the erection may not happen...... So after a masturbation, wait till you get spontaneous erection...dont will an erection. You are not having ED.
