Is this dengue
From 27th early morning (2-3am) I encountered 101 fever. This fever kept persistent till now ranging from 100.5 to 102.8 A little pain in abdomen. Nausea feeling. Sonography normal. Widal test normal. What can be the cause of fever Please see the report Platelet on 27 August 210000 Please let me know what should I do

Dengue ns1 antigen positive . Platelets 1.49 lakhs . Drink plenty of water . Take tab dolo 650 mg thrice a day . Do alternate day platelets . Review for consultations
