Is this anal fissure or just scratches

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi, I have a history of anbal fissures since 2013. I had a sigmoidoscopy done then which said healing anterior fissure and posterior fissure. I have been getting anal fissure few times every year since then. I have attached a picture of my anus and please let me know if they are anal fissures or just scratch marks.
