After I drink coffee then whenever something came up that stresses me, I can't help but to feel a little shaky, my heart beats faster and loudly, I'm short of breathe, and the stress eats me up, I feel panic. Before, I don't have experiences like this. After I drink coffee, yes I feel anxious and stuff but not as crazy as what I'm experiencing now. Is this what they call a panic attack?
