She has a oily skin, so good old therapy is she should keep her face oil free. So no to face creams, she should keep a face wash and clean her face on regular basis, don’t touch these pimples otherwise this will leave scars on her face. Trust me you will see improvement.
Next Steps
If you don’t see any improvement, visit your nearest Dermatologist in a weeks time, she will be fine after professional advice.

This is acne vulgaris. Acne vulagris is due to oilness and hormonal changes...we cannot disturb hormones but we can reduce oil production which leads to comedomes...it take a little patience....proper topical and oral Medication will give good results...do online private consultation and I will prescribe u treatment

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
