I m getting mixed responses by dentists. One said I have minor bone loss and I need laser treatment. The other said I have no bone loss and just require scaling. I m confused. If there is bone loss, is it abnormal for my age or aggressive periodontitis? Pls help 🙏

Hi.,
The OPG does shows some level of vertical bone loss on right upper teeth region.
You can do scaling for now and repeat it every 6-8 months.
keep an eye on the bone loss. Get an OPG done every 6-8 months for observation. If it’s progressing then you may need some treatments.
But for now it doesn’t look serious
