From the given opg it seems that, there might be periodontal pocket formation causing food lodgement in between backside teeth of upper & lower jaw causing gums & supporting tissue called 'periodontium ' related inflammation and infection.     It is in the mild form .So don'tworry about it. It can be treated with some medication , professional cleaning of the teeth & following proper oral hygiene instructions as well as dietary supplement in the form of vitamin C rich fruits like aawla, oranges, strawberry, Indian gooseberry etc.to improve your oral health and immunity.
Next Steps
visit dentist / periodontist for further treatment of oral prophylaxis
Health Tips
maintain oral hygiene by following proper brushing technique as advised by the dentist & Gargle with lukewarm salt water after every meals . Thanks!
