I'm haveing very itching and inflamed skin with very dry It is about 2 years Is there any cure or life long I have to die with this disease??

Its Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation

I will suggest you not to use razors instead go for hair removal creams because some people may have metal allergy and also ingrown hair may cause you extreme itching sometimes.
