Is the eye one of hiv transmission route
Hiv blood drop with undetectable viral load fall into my eye and didn't wash my eye. Can it result into hiv infection?

Yes it can.  If you are sure it is from HIV positive patient , then it's best to start with post exposure prophylaxis based on NACO guidelines.

Are you sure that the blood was from HIV+ve patient? If yes, you should consult a doctor and get post exposure prophylaxis...otherwise you can ignore it. Chances of HIV infection through eye is rare but not impossible if contact with infected blood occurs.
