Avoid lot of tea and coffee
They will lead to increase of the sympathetic tone and subsequently to a raised heart rate and BP

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety... The heart normally beats at a rate of 60 to 100 times per minute...Tachycardia is a heart rate of more than 100 beats per minute...tachycardia can be a side effect of some foods and drinks, including coffee, tea, alcohol etc...so it's better to avoid coffee and tea...Regards.
