Hi. The internet is full of details about the anti-oxidant benefits of green tea and the mild benefit of coffee in moderation. This platform has limited space to provide you all details to close an argument. But one suggestion is that no food stuff is absolutely evil or absolutely the elixir to good health. One must understand that just sipping on green tea through out the day and continuing to be sedentary eating otherwise unhealthy stuff smoking etc is not going to help. When it comes to things like health benefits of coffee and alcohol in 'moderation' the so called moderation is never properly quantified and may vary from person to person.
Next Steps
Best thing is to lead an over all healthy lifestyle, eat locally available, inexpensive healthy food stuff/fruits, exercise regularly and try relaxation methods to lower stress levels
