Is Sylate 500 tab safe during pregnancy
Hi, I am currently 7 weeks pregnant. I spotted twice during 5 weeks pregnancy as a result of which doctor suggested me to take sylate 500 tablet for a month along with progesterone .
Is sylate 500 tablet safe to use during pregnancy?

The only option to stop the ongoing bleeding or spotting is tranexmic acid or ethmsylate
But taking of safety
Its not totally safe
But to save the pregnancy there is no option along with progesterone support
