Hello,
I am diagonized with deviated nasal septum and allergic rhinitis. I am using Montek LC and metatop nasal spray. If i use medicine it will be fine if not I will have sneezing and runny and blocked nose. Is surgery necessary? If my allergic rhinitis gets reduced, should I go for surgery?
Please help.
Thanks,
Shalini.

Surgery is the only solution for a nasal septal deviation.....but your problem is Allergic Airway Disease which is essentially an immune system disorder!
