Is Melanin cream useful?

Hello dr. Wanted to know how is melanin cream? Is it safe & good to use over face on regular daily basis? I'm a college student age 20. Will it give some glow to the skin tone as it states? Please advice. If there's other good option available other than this please do let me know. Thanks!
