Is lipoma curable , if it's curable how many day it will take else what is the best kind of surgery is good to remove lipoma without any marks and how much it's cost.

Lipomas can be removed surgically. They are essentially fat collections within a covering.  They can also be responded by sucking out the fat from the covering using very thin tubes called microcannulae. This is done under tumescent local anaesthesia, a technique invented in USA. This is done as an outpatient procedure with no requirement for admission. Yes, it can be removed surgically. It is an out patient/day care procedure in most cases. It is done under local anaesthesia. It heals in 5 to 15 days depending on area being operated.
