I recently started masturbating alot and I also started having some grey hairs as i am 21 years old. Is this because of masturbating regularly?

No. Grey hairs are not due to masturbation. You can masturbate frequently, but sometimes people get habitual of certain ways of masturbation like lying on the bed and putting your weight on the penis or having a very tight grip around penis. These can be problematic in the long run
