Is it possible to grow height after 16
My height is stagnant since the age of 14...even after a proper diet from a physician its not effective

I males, yes! In females- no. Simply a couple of years after puberty, bones fuse their parts and height doesn't grow anymore. Therefore, exercise, diet and activity during adolescence is the key
