If u missed your regular period date and pregnancy test positive than u should confirm pregnancy with ultrasound report.
And u persive movement after 20 weeks

Foetal movements are better appreciated after 20 to 22 weeks. Pumping in tummy may be because of gases as Digestive disturbance is common in pregnancy.
