Is it okay to cry all the time?
I have been getting angry at my boyfriend every now and then and I've been crying if I'm not getting what I'm expecting out of him. I feel extremely sad these days. I was an extrovert but nowadays I've been keeping to myself.

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. Mam sometimes when we can't get the object we demand it frustrates us. Then either we feel upset and fight or we feel sad and cry. Sometimes we have lot of difficulties in our interpersonal issues and we feel like crying because we feel not happy and we curse our self and blame others for our pain. Feeling always empty inside and with mood swings .... You may have a Depression or your personality may be bothering you.. let's have a detail discussion.
