Is it ok to use anti screen glare glasse
I do not have specs and more or less a good vision..I want to use anti glare glass to protect my eyes from the laptop screen..please suggest if I can go ahead and use them.. thanks

You can use the protective glasses But Since you seems to be a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome for which put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids and take some antioxidants cap once daily eg revital one cap daily

also follow some precautions eg follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20  minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches.wash your eyes frequently with fresh water and don't sit facing the ac or blowers and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.
