Is it malignant or no-malignant?
Good evening doctor, Patient aged 72 with diabetic history and hypothyroidism history with no bad habits and weight 90kgs height 5'10. He has developed this swelling or growth in the pallate without any pain, no bleeding ,no issue in swallowing and speaking or eating and chewing. He has no fever and no pain in the mouth . What does it look like? Is this malignant or normal growth? Kindly guide what does it look similar to in your opinion ? Photograph attached for reference.

Warm greetings Doesn't look like a tumor , looks like a swelling due to bite , If resolved spontaneously not an issue But seek immediate medical help if he gets multiple lesions like this , pain , bleeding , increase in size of this lesion He might need a biopsy in case of the above mentioned danger signs
