Positive malignant cells
1-Positive for malignant cells,  favoring adenocarcinoma 2-Cytospin-1 H&E Adequate smears are moderately cellular and show presence of clusters of reactive and atypical mesothelial cells along with presence of few large cells exhibiting moderate anisonucleosis against background of neutrophils,  lymphocytes and macrophages.  Atypical Atypical cells seen,  Priyanka Chand Pahoiagis 3-IMPRESSION CT scan revealed marked diffuse thickening of omentum with nodularity and enhancing component within omentum(pancake omental thickening)  with mild ascitis.  D/D include neoplastic and inflammatory etiology.  Histopathological correlation is advisable for confirmation.  Mild hepatomegaly Mild bowel wall thickening involving transverse colon.  Colonoscopy is advisable for further evaluation.  Note:  Gall bladder calculi are not visualised on CT scan in 90%  cases,  correlation with ultrasonography is advisable
