Diagnosed with an ulceroproliferative growth at anal verge.and histological features are of malignant melanoma. Daily bleeding is there with stool for about 15-20 days

Needs surgery Its better to get a PET CT scan to confirm disease stage and post surgery may require radiotherapy opinion..
