Is it impossible to stop antidepressants
Once a person start taking antidepressants then, is it not possible to stop it? I have taken many meds for 4 years and now I want to stop them as they are just partially helpful. Whenever the taper of 1/4 is done, it makes me dysfunctional. If it is possible then how?? If not Why is it not told before the treatment??

It is not impossible to stop antidepressants. For my patients I do a lot of different kinds of therapies while they are on medications. Then when medicines are stopped they don’t get back depression. U can do the same in your city.
