Is it good to take a sunbath at 9:30 AM
Sun rays are necessary, but due to the work from home culture, we are missing the interaction with sunlight. I am aware that early morning sun light is good, but is it any harm if I take a sunbath around 9:30-10 In the morning?

There is no harm in taking a sunbath. In fact, sitting in the sun for everyday improves your vitamin D levels. Also, phototherapy where in people with severe depression are advised to get 30mins of sunbath everyday, so sunbath also is good for your mood.
