Is it Diabetes ?
My father is 57 years old and he is  bedridden (no activity) and he is on braincyst medication. Recently his left leg is swollen for more than a month that's why local doct advise to check his diabetes and we checked his glucose (fasting )value shows 107.5 mg/dl and glucose (Post Prandial) shows 122.2 mg/dl. Is it normal ?

Both these readings arw within normal range, but it would be better if you could get the HbA1c done which is the three months average blood sugar test.

His fasting sugar readings are in the pre diabetic range. He wouldn’t require medicine for this. Only lifestyle modification should suffice. He needs to be on a diabetic diet
