Is it anxiety or some serious issue ?
I am 30 years old and weight is 32/33 I have been always this skinny although didn't have much health issues. But from last few months,  I get loose bowel movement not diarrhea but after that I feel very sluggish and feels there is no energy left in me. There is heart palpitations too. Then a mild fever feeling and skin feels hot when touched. But in thermometer it shows normal temperature.These symptoms stays for 3,4 days continuously gradually decreases then suddenly after 10-15 days again comes up. I am really worried. Please help.
