Is Isotroin 10 is steriod ?
Is Isotroin 10 is steroid ? my family doctor asked me to stop it . I have acne breakout since june. One of the dermatologist prescribed me Isotroin 10 and I am consuming it from one month. From last 4-5 days I am experiencing gastritis so visited my family dr and he asked me to stop Isotroin and Finax which was prescribed my dermatologist for acne breakout and hair loss.

No... treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

No it's not steroid but it can lead or aggravate gastritis. But also that's main and atmost treatment for breakouts of acne.
