Actually my dermatologist have suggested me isotroin-20 today only, so I want to start the medication but I used to follow a skincare routine with actives like morning vitamin c with a hydrating toner
Sometimes with glycolic toner. In the PM I have actives like aha serum weekly twice, retinol once, alpha arbutin+ niacin-amide combination serum all 6days on sunday i will exfoliate with exfoliate serum. This my skincare routine which i have created myself. So should I have to all the actives while i am taking the or medication or can I continue my usual routine. Please help me in this.

It is better to stop all the other medications while on isotretinoin other then moisturiser.
The skin care routine you created, has a lot of flaws. It is not something that would be recommended.
If you want a more curated routine, consult online for evalautation of the acne as no images are attached here.
