Hi, Imagination and fantasies if it's increased, can make some challenges as it can make the mind completely far from the reality. So little by little your mind used to go to the world which it makes for itself and unfortunately suddenly you find yourself seperate from the reality... Then as it's very nice and desirable, doesn't want to come out from that situation... Unconsciously you will attach to the nice world your mind makes for you... It can be dangerous as one of the most important thing for mental health is being in present and in a real world with real people. Accepting a reality is really important for healthy mind/thought. Please take care.
Next Steps
Please consult with a psychologist/therapist as soon as possible to help you connect with reality.
